1. Guarantee against defects. For a period of 30 days after receipt,
if there is a defect in the product, we will happily replace it. Return
to us (at your cost) along with a note as to the nature of the defect and
we will ship to you (at our cost) a replacement.
2. Returns or cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking/cancellation
fee. Returns (at your cost) will be accepted up to 30 days after receipt
(assuming they are received in saleable condition).
3. Orders are shipped 24-48 hours after receipt, unless it is a pre-publication
order (in which case delivery depends upon the particular closing date).
All single issues and books are $4 s&h in the US, $8 in Canada, $12
outside US/Canada. Orders are shipped by book rate or surface mail. Air
mail rates are generally prohibitive, but will be provided on request. Magazine
subsriptions start with the next issue.
4. Credit cards accepted are MC, Visa, Discover, and AmExpress. They
are charged when the order is placed.
5. Orders not received. Our policy is to replace without question
any order in the US 30 days after it was shipped if not received. Allow
2 months in Canada, and 3-4 months overseas.
6. Publication dates. See DATES MAILED on our home page. The annuals
are usually published about the same time each year.
