Here at Hoflin we specialize in high-quality, short-run magazines. We publish over 30 titles ourselves and understand the needs of a publisher. Our entire facility is structured for the printing and mailing of these short-run publications. We are very particular about what we print here at Hoflin, staying within our specific area of expertise. We offer a quick ten day turnaround time and exceptional printing quality using only Heidelberg presses.

We would be happy to provide you a quotation for printing services. If you will send us a recent issue, we will have have a quote back to you within a week along with a few samples of the titles we publish or print. We have some of the best prices in the industry for short-run publications.

Short-Run Printing Price List

Unlike most printers, we publish our prices so there are no surprises. Before we started printing ourselves, we found that most of the printers we dealt with were like used car dealers - they charged what the market will bear (and you had to haggle if you wanted a deal). We found this about as much fun as going to the dentist. Our prices are non-negotiable, but they are published and fair.

Prices are for work done on contract only. We do not print books or other one-offs. We specialize in repetitive, short-run, high-quality publications work ONLY. Contracts are 1 to 5 years and prices are guaranteed (exclusive of paper). Contact us for sample contracts (they include the standard Printing Trade Customs). New customers are expected to pay 50% COD and 50% 2/10 net 30 for their first six months as a customer (subject to credit approval).

Inserts 2, 3 or 5 cents per bind in, depending on location and if table collatable

Discounts 2% discount if balance is paid in full within 10 days,

*EXTRA STRIPPING Corrections made at the customer's request are billed at $35 an hour.
This includes prepress file intervention as well.
