WEST HIGHLAND TERRIER p; AN ARTIST'S IMPRESSION.
The fact that Scotland was the natural home of the badger, the fox, and
the otter partially accounts for the evolving of short-legged breeds in
that country. The Original West Highland White was a white Cairn destroyed
on account of its colour. West Highlanders are one of the most vivacious
breeds and every look and attitude is expressive of intelligence and activity.
